To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, Soundry features a simple, intuitive process that guides billers through the setup process. Upon accessing the app, a clear and structured task flow presents billers with a concise overview of pending tasks, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient onboarding experience.

Soundry's client management feature provides a comprehensive overview of client information, including detailed analytics and insights.
Billing management
The Billing Dashboard provides a centralized hub for billers to manage all aspects of client billing. From this dedicated page, billers can efficiently track and manage invoices, claims, and payments, as well as set up and manage insurance and billing details, streamlining their workflow and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Digitizing SOAP Notes
Soundry's SOAP Notes Module, our most used feature, transforms the traditionally tedious documentation process into a seamless digital experience. By digitizing patient interactions, clinicians can easily capture and organize patient data, eliminating paperwork and reducing administrative burdens. With an intuitive interface, providers can quickly and accurately record SOAP notes, freeing up time for high-quality patient care.

The client portal offers a seamless experience, providing a personalized dashboard for patients/care receivers to view open invoices, pending tasks, appointments, and payment history. Patients can also communicate directly with clinicians, and a quick start guide ensures a smooth onboarding process.
